How the OnlineLabels OL9600 (main label) sheet is laid out
The OnlineLabels OL9600 (main label) grid is not centred: 1.95″ on the left, 1.967″ on the right, so a template that assumes equal side margins drifts by 0.017″.
With 1/4″ between columns and 1.55″ between rows, a print that is off by less than 1/8″ still lands on the right OL9600 (main label) label.
The 1/16″ rounded corners are drawn in the preview, with the 1/16″ safe area where text belongs.
Labels cover 22 % of the page; the rest is backing.
No other sheet in LabelGrid's data (the gLabels database plus checked additions) has exactly the OnlineLabels OL9600 (main label) layout, so avoid "close enough" templates.
