How the Avery J8157 sheet is laid out
The Avery J8157 grid is not centred: 6 mm on the left, 7 mm on the right, so a template that assumes equal side margins drifts by 1 mm.
Columns have a 2.5 mm gutter but the 11 rows touch, so colour that bleeds off a J8157 label's top or bottom edge shows on the next one if the feed is 1 mm off.
The 3 mm rounded corners are drawn in the preview, with the 3.2 mm safe area where text belongs.
Labels cover 82 % of the page; the rest is backing.
No other sheet in LabelGrid's data (the gLabels database plus checked additions) has exactly the Avery J8157 layout, so avoid "close enough" templates.

In Mailings › Labels › Options, look for J8157 under "Avery A4/A5". If it is missing, click New Label and name it Avery J8157.
