How the Poundland 30 sheet is laid out

Poundland 30 labels are centred side to side (1.5 mm each) but start 22 mm from the top and end 21 mm from the bottom.

Columns have a 6 mm gutter but the 10 rows touch, so colour that bleeds off a 30 label's top or bottom edge shows on the next one if the feed is 1 mm off.

The 1.5 mm side margin is inside the roughly 6 mm many printers cannot reach, so edge-to-edge colour on the outer 30 columns may print short.

The 3 mm rounded corners are drawn in the preview, with the 5 mm safe area where text belongs.

Labels cover 79 % of the page; the rest is backing.

No other sheet in LabelGrid's data (the gLabels database plus checked additions) has exactly the Poundland 30 layout, so avoid "close enough" templates.

  3. Test on plain paper, hold it against a 30 sheet to the light and enter any offset in mm in the tool.
