How the Avery L4730 sheet is laid out
The Avery L4730 grid is not centred: 6 mm on the left, 3.5 mm on the right, so a template that assumes equal side margins drifts by 2.5 mm.
Columns have a 2.5 mm gutter but the 27 rows touch, so colour that bleeds off an L4730 label's top or bottom edge shows on the next one if the feed is 1 mm off.
The 1.6 mm rounded corners are drawn in the preview, with the 3.2 mm safe area where text belongs.
Labels cover 77 % of the page; the rest is backing.
