How the Avery LSK-3.5 sheet is laid out
The Avery LSK-3.5 grid is not centred: 1/2″ on the left, 4.87″ on the right, so a template that assumes equal side margins drifts by 4.37″.

In Mailings › Labels › Options, look for LSK-3.5 under "Avery US Letter". If it is missing, click New Label and name it Avery LSK-3.5.
