How the Neato A4 CD sheet is laid out
The Neato A4 CD grid is not centred: 44.1 mm on the left, 48.4 mm on the right, so a template that assumes equal side margins drifts by 4.3 mm.
Rows are 9.5 mm apart; keep text 1.8 mm inside each A4 CD label.
Labels cover 30 % of the page; the rest is backing.
No other sheet in LabelGrid's data (the gLabels database plus checked additions) has exactly the Neato A4 CD layout, so avoid "close enough" templates.

How to make Neato A4 CD labels in Word

In Mailings › Labels › Options, look for A4 CD under "Neato". If it is missing, click New Label and name it Neato A4 CD.

Enter the A4 CD numbers from the table: 2.43 cm top, 4.41 cm side, 1 across, 2 down, page A4.

Click OK and New Document: Word draws 2 cells, one per A4 CD label. Keep text 1.8 mm inside each cell.

Download the PDF from the tool (or the blank A4 CD template) and set tray and dialog to A4: on US Letter (6 mm wider, 18 mm shorter) the A4 CD grid ends at 269 mm and still fits, but the printer's centring shifts it sideways by up to 3 mm.

Print at 100 % / Actual size; "Fit to page" shrinks about 3 % and moves the bottom A4 CD row by roughly 8.1 mm.
