Designing for 1 1/4″ round OL3012 labels
The largest square inside a 1 1/4″ circle is 0.884″ (22.5 mm); keep centred text inside it, because box corners outside it are cut by the round die line. At 10 pt that holds about 4 lines of 11 characters.
