What 4 labels per A4 sheet means
A count of 4 per sheet does not fix the label size: the 8 sheets here use 5 sizes and 2 grids (2 × 2 and 1 × 4). Labels cover between 62 % and 100 % of the A4 page; the rest is margin and gaps.
Always choose the template by the code printed on the box: two 4-up sheets with different sizes or margins need different templates, even though the count matches. The most common size at this count is 192 × 61.5 mm (3 sheets).

Which 4-up sheet to pick
Avery L7169 is the default here because it is the best-known code at this count; no other sheet on this list shares its exact layout, so print it with its own template. Its labels are 99.1 mm (3.901″) by 139 mm (5.472″).
If you need bigger labels at the same count, the largest are 105 × 148 mm on Herma 10809; the smallest are 80 × 120 mm on Sigel DE 160.
